The Day of Disappearance
On May 15, 2023, Francisco Pangelinan, a resident of Ewa Beach and a U.S. Army veteran, embarked on a routine trip to the Home Depot in Kapolei to purchase lightbulbs. Surveillance footage captured him around 3:00 p.m., crossing Kapolei Parkway from Home Depot toward the Costco parking lot.
