Later that evening, between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m., Burrow was seen driving Bailey's green 1997 Dodge Ram pickup truck, accompanied by her dog, Hank. He parked the truck at a friend's residence, where it remained for approximately 36 hours before he departed with the vehicle and the dog. On September 24, the truck was detected by an automatic license plate reader in Redding, California, and later that morning in Medford, Oregon.
