A Familiar Face in Lincoln’s Homeless Community
Frank Boy Blackwater, a 57-year-old Native American man, was a well-known figure among Lincoln, Nebraska’s transient population. Standing at 5'9" and weighing between 140 to 160 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes, Frank was recognized by many in the community. Despite experiencing homelessness, he maintained regular contact with his family, making his sudden disappearance all the more alarming.
The Last Known Sighting
On January 17, 2019, Frank was last seen at the Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach Center in Lincoln, where he was receiving supplies. This center is known for providing assistance to the homeless, and Frank's presence there was not unusual. However, after this date, there have been no confirmed sightings or communications from him.
