In the quiet city of Hobart, Indiana, a perplexing mystery has left a family and community searching for answers. Anthony Paul Navakas, a 24-year-old resident, vanished without a trace on December 21, 2020, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions and growing concern.
On the evening of December 21, 2020, Anthony was at his home in the 1000 block of West 13th Place. Following a verbal disagreement with his sister, he departed on foot sometime after 7:00 p.m., without taking any extra clothing or his phone. This departure was uncharacteristic, as Anthony typically maintained regular contact with his family during absences. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Anthony is described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing approximately 6'2" tall and weighing between 220 to 270 pounds. He often sported a beard and was affectionately known by his nickname, Tony. At the time of his disappearance, he was possibly wearing a black and dark green plaid flannel shirt or jacket, along with dark blue jeans.
Anthony's sudden silence has deeply troubled his family. He was known to inform his family whenever he planned to be away for extended periods, making his current lack of communication particularly alarming. His mother expressed that there had been a verbal disagreement between Anthony and his sister on the day he disappeared, and that he was also upset with his parents due to an incident that occurred a few days prior. Despite their efforts, the family remains unaware of any places where Anthony might have gone or is currently residing....Read More
