Tracy Sandlin Storm-Sissom, born on December 27, 1970, in Indianapolis, Indiana, was a woman whose life, though filled with challenges, radiated passion and love, especially for her children and animals. A 1989 graduate of Howe High School, Tracy channeled her affection for animals into a career, working alongside various veterinarians and operating Sugar Creek Rottweilers, where she bred and cared for her show dogs. Personal Struggles and New Beginnings
Tracy's personal life was marked by significant events. She married young and had two daughters with her first husband, Richard K. Storm. Their marriage ended in divorce in December 2001, with both sharing joint custody of their children. In 2003, Tracy remarried, this time to Michael Sissom, and the couple welcomed a son.
