Tracy Sandlin Storm-Sissom, born on December 27, 1970, in Indianapolis, Indiana, was a woman whose life, though filled with challenges, radiated passion and love, especially for her children and animals. Tracy's personal life was marked by significant events. She married young and had two daughters with her first husband, Richard K. Storm.
