On July 7, 2004, the small community of Maxton, North Carolina, was shaken by the disappearance of 27-year-old Delwin Locklear, affectionately known as "Little Dee." Despite extensive searches and investigations, his whereabouts remain unknown, leaving a void in the hearts of his family and the Lumbee Tribe to which he belonged.
Background and Personal Details
Delwin was a Native American male with graying dark brown hair and distinctive blue eyes. Standing at 5'7" and weighing between 185 to 190 pounds, he was known for his goatee and personal style, often wearing baggy shorts or jeans paired with t-shirts or button-down dress shirts. At the time of his disappearance, he adorned a diamond stud earring, a silver bracelet with gold balls on each end, and two gold rope chain necklaces—one of which held a woman's ring.
