David Bernal Victoriano, also known by the aliases Jorge Alvarado and Jose Medina, was last seen on June 29, 2022, at approximately 11:30 p.m. He was in the 1200 block of South McDonnell Avenue in East Los Angeles at the time of his disappearance. Standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 190 pounds, David has brown eyes, short gray hair, and two distinctive scars on his right wrist.
