The Enigmatic Notes
The notes found on McCormick were composed of a series of letters and numbers arranged in a seemingly random pattern. The FBI's Cryptanalysis and Racketeering Records Unit (CRRU) attempted to decipher the messages but were unsuccessful. Despite assistance from the American Cryptogram Association, the codes remain unbroken.
