Robert Gordofredo Mino, known to friends and family as “Bob,” was a 49‑year‑old biracial man—part Filipino and part Caucasian—who resided in Hayward, California. Born on August 5, 1950, Bob stood 5′11″ and weighed approximately 220–250 pounds, with graying brown hair, brown eyes, and often sporting a full beard. He was diabetic and had distinctive chemical staining on his hands, leaving black residue in the creases of his palms and fingers.
