Born on December 4, 1942, Edward Stout served his country with distinction in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam conflict, achieving the rank of Sergeant. His commitment to his fellow veterans extended beyond his military service. As an active member of the Texas Association of Vietnam Veterans (TAVV), Edward was known for his generosity, especially during the holidays.
