The Life of Carlos A. Ocampo
Carlos A. Ocampo was born on December 7, 1995, in Chicago, Illinois. At the age of 20, his life was tragically cut short on October 11, 2016, in a violent incident that shocked the Belmont Gardens neighborhood. Carlos was laid to rest at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Hillside, Cook County, Illinois.
The Incident Leading to the Tragedy
On October 11, 2016, tensions escalated in the Belmont Gardens area when a 15-year-old boy sought revenge for his younger brother's beating by alleged gang members.
