In the early hours of Friday, March 24, 2006, the quiet of Washington, D.C.'s 400 block of Quackenbos Street NW was shattered by a gruesome discovery. At approximately 2 a.m., authorities found two men, Preston Allen and Kristopher Gilmore, lifeless inside a vehicle. Victims Remembered
