The Roseland Tragedy

On the evening of September 9, 2017, the Roseland neighborhood on Chicago's South Side was shaken by a horrific act of violence. Dominic N. Morris, aged 30, along with Jacquell Mosley, 26, and Tyson White, 36, were fatally shot when two assailants opened fire. The incident not only claimed three lives but also left the community grappling with fear and unanswered questions.

Details of the Incident

The shooting occurred in the 11400 block of South Yale Avenue. Witnesses reported that two gunmen approached the group and began shooting indiscriminately before fleeing the scene.
