The Fateful House Party

In the early hours of February 13, 2016, a house party near 63rd Avenue and Osborn Road in Phoenix, Arizona, turned deadly. Around 3 a.m., an altercation erupted among attendees, escalating into a violent confrontation. The Phoenix Police Department responded to reports of gunfire and chaos at the scene.

Upon arrival, officers found 19-year-old Jorge Guevara Franco lying in the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
