On the night of September 30, 2011, 23-year-old Cresencio Muñoz III, a resident of Chandler, Arizona, was tragically murdered in Phoenix. Known for his gentle spirit and infectious smile, Cresencio's untimely death left a void in the hearts of his family and friends. His passing not only devastated those who knew him but also left the community grappling with unanswered questions.

The Fateful Evening

The events leading up to the tragedy began innocuously. Cresencio and his cousin decided to spend their evening at Oaxaca's Restaurant, a local eatery in Phoenix. After their meal, they departed in a Chevy S-10 truck, unaware of the danger that awaited them.
