The Life of Brandon C. Borders

Born on June 11, 1988, Brandon was a resident of Louisville's Portland neighborhood. He was the beloved son of Tammy Borders and Timothy M. O'Connor Sr. Brandon's family included his sisters—Brittany O'Connor, Shyann Winfrey, Chasity O'Connor, Amber O'Connor, and Chelsey Fultz—and brothers—Bobby Lowe Jr., Tyler Crouch, and Trenton O'Connor.
