Four-month-old Abril Marie Comstock was taken by her non-custodial mother, Maria Diaz-Rivera, leaving her father in a relentless search for his missing daughter.

The Abduction

Born on March 20, 2000, Abril was a Hispanic infant with brown hair and brown eyes. In July 2000, Maria Diaz-Rivera, Abril's mother, abducted her from Alhambra.
