In the early morning hours of a summer day in Tucson, Arizona, the life of 17-year-old David Reyes, a Hispanic male, was tragically cut short. On June 26, 2022, Reyes was at a gathering on the city's west side, in the 2400 block of North Jordan Drive. What began as a social event descended into violence at approximately 2:18 a.m.
