A Life Remembered
Andre Lamont Wilson, affectionately known as "Dre," was born on October 10, 1966, in Berkeley, California, to Nathaniel and Ada Wilson. During his teenage years, the Wilson family relocated to San Diego, establishing it as their permanent home—a city Dre cherished and never left. Throughout his life, Dre held various jobs, forging numerous lasting friendships along the way. He was an ardent sports enthusiast, with a particular passion for football, and remained a devoted Oakland Raiders fan. Dre's infectious smile and vibrant personality could uplift anyone's spirits, making him a beloved figure among family and friends. He is survived by his six children: daughters Andrea, Ashley, Keyshia N., and Jamilha Y., and sons Andre L. Jr. and Deaundre. His significant other, Misty Anderson, along with his sister, Rachel Mackey, and a host of other relatives and friends, continue to cherish his memory.
