The Decomposed Unidentified male was found in the Rio Grande River under the International bridge by Border Patrol. Two Venezuela ID cards (containing a fingerprint on each) were found with the body; however, a positive identification has not been able to be confirmed. One Venezuela ID card with the name Abdala Acacio Puente Vasquez contains a fingerprint that cannot be used for comparison to the prints collected from the unidentified male.
