The decedent was found deceased inside a burning vehicle outside a nightclub on the night of 11/18/2001. The vehicle belonged to the owner of the nightclub, and a short time before the fire a club employee saw an apparent transient inside the vehicle. The club owner and employees did not know or recognize the decedent.
