This human skull, designated John Doe #26-07, has been in the possession of Dr. Judy Suchey, the former Coroner Department forensic anthropologist, since the 1970s or 1980s. Only recently has she determined that the skull may be of forensic interest. She reported that the skull was probably of forensic interest on July 24, 2007.
