On 05 June 24 at 1759 hours, Chicago Police Department (CPD), contacted the Forensic Institute to report the death of an UNKNOWN female, approximately forty to fifty years old. The incident location was on the CTA (Chicago Transit Authority) Brown Line train tracks. Witnesses observed UNKNOWN standing on the platform holding onto a walker.
