On July 7, 2025 at 1119 hours, Chicago Police Department contacted the Forensic Institute to report the death of an unknown decedent. The incident occurred in the 300 block of North Des Plaines Street in Chicago, Illinois. The decedent was discovered inside of a tent underneath a nearby bridge.
