Decedent was a day laborer working with two others when he collapsed to the ground and was transported to the hospital. Coworkers stated that they did not know his name, only that he may have been from Veracruz, Mexico. Decedent used an alias of "Vincente Pineda Toledo." Recent AFIS fingerprint match to Vincente Toledo. None of this self-reported information has been verified by NOK or the Mexican Consulate.
