On October 17, 2007, a 42-year-old man named Joaquin Cisneros Torres vanished under perplexing circumstances. At the time, he was a Hispanic male, standing between 5'9' and 5'11' and weighing approximately 175 to 185 pounds. Torres had brown eyes and balding gray hair, and may have worn a goatee.
