The deceased was found underneath a railroad bridge burned beyond recognition by railroad police officers after reports of a fire in the area earlier that day. The area appeared to be a homeless camp and several items near the deceased were also burned. No indications of foul play were noted at the scene, Date Found: 2011-02-01
