An employee of the West Side Market found the decedent in the washroom of the West Side Market. Cleveland Police and Fire Depts. were notified and the man was conveyed to Lutheran Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 12:12 p.m. on 12-27-1974.
The man had an additional condition: Probable diabetes mellitus with clycosuria and ketonuria.
