Decedent was found in a wooded area near North Dixie Freeway in New Smyrna Beach, FL by an archeologist assessing damage from the recent hurricanes. The area was submerged during hurricane Ian. The archeologist on scene, estimated the decedents remains had been in this location for 3-6 years. Near the decedent was a blanket and black sweat pants.
