On 07/03/2024, a bystander alerted a Metro Nashville Police Department officer of a deceased individual in an encampment near the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN. The decedent was found in an advanced stage of decomposition. The decedent was transported to the Center for Forensic Medicine for examination and to make positive identification.
