The decedent was an Asian male who appeared to be approximately 50-60 years of age who is believed to have been homeless at the time of his death. On the morning of 04/11/2023, other homeless individuals in the area located the decedent in his tent. On the morning of 04/12/2023 one of the individuals located the decedent in his tent and flagged down an officer, who responded and confirmed the death due to obvious postmortem changes.
