The decedent was found in what was described as a "stream" in a wooded area behind the Woodlawn Senior High School. Research revealed the body of water that runs through that location is known as "Dead Run," a tributary to the Gwynns Falls watershed. Dead Run is downstream from the Kernan Drive bridge.
