Adult male transient in field. Report party walked his dog today around 1030/1100 hours and saw unidentified subj in field walking around and mumbling. When the Reporting Party walked dog again. He saw subject nude, sitting on ground and slumped over. The RP called 911 at 1939 hours. Officers responded and pronounced subj at 1947 hours .
