Any updates on this case?
A vacant apartment was being prepped for re-rental. The maintenance person entered the apartment and encounter a male using the bathroom. The male fled the residence and the toilet started overflowing. A snake was used and an apparent small left arm was attached. The toilet was removed and the decedent could be viewed in the toilet trap.
