Persons walking along a creek bed found skeletal remains and reported the find to law enforcement. Skeletal remains were found in a t-shirt that had no detail that could be observed, and socks and a cap were located nearby. The socks appeared to be gray and white with "Haynes" on the toe, and the cap had "Mrs Baird's" on the front.
