Partial skeletal remains found by National Guard personnel in known migrant and smuggling corridor. Additional remains were recovered in 2019 and determined via DNA analysis to be the same individual. This individual, who used the name Juan Cruz was known to be in Anaheim and Santa Ana, California in 2000.
