On 12/16/2016, the vehicle was being driven by a subject that was traveling East on Main Street at Kelli Avenue in Farmington , Arkansas when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a high pressure gas line. The vehicle burst into flames and burned for 8 hours until the gas was able to be shut off.
