On 12/23/17 at 1830 hrs, paramedics transported the decedent from a parking lot in North Hills, CA to Mission Community Hospital. The decedent was awake, speaking Spanish, and stated his name was “Thomas Raymondo” . The decedent had an elevated alcohol level and was diagnosed with alcoholism and cirrhosis of the liver. His health rapidly deteriorated and he expired at the hospital on 12/24/2017 at 0452 hrs.
