Jose Ramon Dominguez-Aguilera, a 27-year-old man, was last seen in San Fernando, California, on May 1, 1992. Originally from Mexico, he had traveled to California just a few months prior to his disappearance. He was likely working in landscaping or construction at the time and had plans to visit other locations such as San Jose or San Bernardino. After May 1992, he abruptly stopped communicating with his family in Mexico, which was highly unusual and raised concerns about his safety.
