The decedent was located in a riverbed in a ravine at approximate Global Positioning Coordinates N32 51 42 W117 14 08. The ravine is described as an open area with trees, shrubs, and Pampas grass. A drainage ditch that ran under Via Alicante emptied into the riverbed. At the time of arrival there was approximately 8-12 inches of water in the riverbed. There were no personal identifying items located in the area.
