Any updates on this case?
Law enforcement was following up on a missing person who is homeless. Several deputies responded to a wooded area that the missing person is known to stay in. A search of the encampment reveal skeletal remains spread out in all directions. Death was pronounced at 1620 hours. It is unknown how long the body has been here, but there is a calendar with August 16, 2023 as the last date scratched off on it.
