Two men were collecting some deer stands due to the tract of land being sold. When they were near a creek, they saw something in the creek, and upon investigation, found what they believed were human remains. It appears to be the torso and hips, with a pair of black shorts and a pair of boxer underwear only. No skull, arms or legs were observed.
