blue/green in color 1993 Chevrolet ABS 2.0 Imperial van bearing the license B plate number 31 841 R. The investigator observed the UNKNOWN male decomposed/partially mummified laying face up wearing 2 jackets, a sweater, dark red sweat pants and dark socks in the van. It appeared the UNKNOWN had been living in the van with hoarder like/clutter conditions. There was a street cleaning ticket still on the window issued on 11APR19 at 1149 hours.
