The decedent was noted to be homeless and lived on the sidewalk of Venice Blvd. and New Hampshire Ave. in Los Angeles for about one year. Another transient saw the decedent alive on 02/18/2021 at 0730 hours, and at that time the decedent appeared lethargic. A few hours later 911 was called and the decedent was pronounced dead at scene at 1130 hrs.
A woman stated that the decedent's name was Graciela or Reyna and she was originally from El Salvador.
