Remains located in a taxi cab found submerged in the Inner Harbor during a routine BPD Dive Team exercise. The taxi was reported stolen from the owner on 12/8/2014. The driver of the taxi was reported to have last had the vehicle on 10/20/2014. The taxi was not returned from the date of last used to the missing date. The last reported driver has not been reported as missing.
