Police were called to the quarry site on 08-31-99 at 1116 hours which is off of Route 130 and about 1.1 miles above the highway and was described as a very remote location. Human skeletal remains were discovered by a worker who was operating heavy machinery to load cinder from a large cinder cone. Detectives responded and recovered the remains and searched the base of the cinder cone to locate any other bones or evidence and nothing else was found.
