Unidentified male with black hair found in the Skagit River in a state of advanced decomposition on 02/25/1991. Lead shot from an old wound (estimated 2-6 months prior to death or greater) was recovered from the area of the right knee. The decedent was dressed in dark blue or black Bermuda style shorts and men's underwear, and had a red bandana around their waist.
