Baby was dropped off 3 weeks prior (June 6, 1969) to the witness by a woman she only know as "Carla" who was a heroin abuser. The witness kept the baby at her home, but said the baby been suffering from cold-like symptoms (runny nose, coughing, etc). The witness awoke on 6-14-69 to the baby unresponsive in her bed. "Carla" never returned for the baby. The baby appears to be 3-5 months old. Date Found: 1969-06-14
