On 6/25/1972 the decedent was hitch hiking from Los Angeles to San Diego. He was picked up at the Greyhound bus station in Los Angeles. As they were driving down the 5 freeway the decedent started gasping for air. The driver of the vehicle pulled over to a gas station and called 9-1-1. Decedent transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
