Male was found unresponsive on a grassy trail near railroad tracks. A receipt for Taco Bell was located in pants found adjacent to decedent. The Taco Bell was located on K Street in Sacramento, CA. Video from store revealed male consistent with decedent who was a known transient in the area but unknown name. Receipt was from 10 days prior to discovery. Decedent wearing similar clothing in video.
